Feedback & Analysis
Closed loop corrective action feedback processes with root cause analysis
In-process inspection at each step of the manufacturing process
Fostering in all of our employees a sense of personal responsibility for quality
Integrity & Ethics
Long term partnerships based on integrity and ethical business practices
Our core competencies include:
State of The Art Equipment
We blend old-world craftsmanship with top-of-the-line automated CNC equipment, including cutting lasers, milling centers, turret punches, press brakes, inspection equipment, etc.
Our production and support staff is well trained, capable, and motivated. Our extremely low employee turnover rate is a key contributor to our consistent quality. Production staff is cross-trained to ensure that no single area in the shop can bottleneck rapid production schedules.
Rigorous Inspection Procedures
First piece and in-process inspection for every operation. All inspection tools and equipment receive regular NIST-traceable calibration. Closed loop corrective action processes eliminate errors.
High Quality & On-Time Delivery
We provide consistently high quality and on time delivery. Assisted by our real-time integrated manufacturing software system, we provide flexible production and responsive delivery scheduling, including JIT and KanBan.
Design Optimization Experience
Our experienced manufacturing engineers offer skilled “design for manufacturing” consulting to help you improve form/function/reliability while simultaneously identifying and incorporating cost reduction opportunities.
In 1990, National Fabtronix was the first shop in Northern California to use production CNC cutting lasers. In 2013, we became the first shop in the greater Bay Area to incorporate solid state fiber optic lasers, allowing faster cut speeds, higher accuracy, and reduced maintenance compared to the older CO2 laser resonator technology.
